The care and attention that the team took of our fragile belongings was as if they owned them themselves! I had two Luton vans and three men for a move from Cardiff area up to a storage facility in Manchester. The crew arrived very promptly in the morning and were very quick and efficient at packing the contents of my house. We arrived in Manchester early mid afternoon. The unloading into my storage facility was again very efficiently managed, so that items which would need to be accessed were near the front and easily reachable. We had a last minute date change due to the chain so I contacted Chloe and arranged the date etc outside of office hours very quickly and efficiently.

The removal team were also brilliant, were really organised and made the whole move effortless. They were all friendly and professional and took great care of all of our stuff.

The team got all of my items in the 2 trips like we had negotiated, everything was packed by them and done absolutely perfect! Made it so much easier when unpacking at my new house. DPE moved myself and family last week and I have to say they took all the pressure and stress that comes with a house move and made it such a great experience.  As a family we have moved many times over the last 20 years and used a few different removals companies but after this experience we will not look anywhere else,  the team were fantastic and extremely professional from start to finish
